What it is
This 12 mg fixed blend contains 6 mg AOD-9604, 3 mg CJC-1295, and 3 mg ipamorelin. CJC-1295 and ipamorelin target the growth-hormone axis through GHRH and ghrelin-receptor signaling. The blend joins those mechanisms but does not create evidence for the combination.

Titration rules
- Week 1 uses 10 U, week 2 uses 15 U, and week 3 onward uses 20 U.
- Do not shorten the two-step ramp. Every 5 U increase adds 100 mcg AOD-9604 and 50 mcg each of CJC-1295 and ipamorelin.
Cycle length and breaks
Use the maintenance row only inside the defined 8–12 week block, then stop for 4 weeks before reassessment.
What to monitor
- Appetite, fasting glucose, edema, tingling, headache, sleep, and injection-site reactions.
- Keep body-composition measurements standardized; day-to-day scale changes are not a titration signal.
Practical rules
- Use the same fasted dosing window each day only if you are comparing notes.
- Record total blend exposure and per-component exposure.
- Do not stack additional CJC-1295 or ipamorelin without recalculating totals.
