Peptide dosage
chart

A reference dosage chart for research peptides: the vial, the diluent, the resulting concentration, the reference dose, and the units that dose draws on a U-100 syringe. Every row is generated from the same protocol data that drives the individual peptide dosage calculator.

62 peptides with reference doses U-100 · 1 mL syringe

How to read the chart

Concentration = vial size (mg) ÷ diluent added (mL), in mg/mL.
Volume to draw = target dose (mg) ÷ concentration (mg/mL), in mL.
Units on a U-100 syringe = volume (mL) × 100.

A U-100 insulin syringe is calibrated so that 1 mL equals 100 units. That is the whole conversion: concentration turns a dose in milligrams into a volume in millilitres, and the syringe scale turns that volume into units. Adding more bacteriostatic water lowers concentration and raises the number of units you draw for the same dose — it never changes how much peptide is delivered.

Universal concentration grid

Concentration in mg/mL for common vial sizes and diluent volumes. Find your vial on the left, your diluent across the top, and read the value where they meet — that is the concentration every dose on this page is divided by.

A 10 mg vial with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water is 5 mg/mL. The same vial with 5 mL is 2 mg/mL — the same peptide, drawn in a larger volume.

Dose to units conversion

Units to draw on a U-100 syringe for a given dose, at concentrations from 1 mg/mL to 20 mg/mL. Blank cells indicate a draw below 1 unit, which is not measurable on a standard U-100 barrel.

At 5 mg/mL, a 0.5 mg dose draws 10 units. At 10 mg/mL the same 0.5 mg dose draws 5 units.

Peptide dosage chart by compound

Reference dose rows for 62 research peptides, each calculated from that compound's own vial and diluent reference in our protocol archive. The units column assumes a U-100 barrel and the stated vial and BAC volumes.

Doses are the reference figures published on each compound's protocol page. They are research reference values, not dosing instructions.

Compounds without a dose row

These entries are indexed in the archive but intentionally carry no dosage row here: oral and topical compounds whose schedule is not expressed as an injection, and compounds where the published reference material does not give a single-vial dose. Each links to its own protocol page.

Common questions

How do I read a peptide dosage chart?

Each row fixes two things: the vial size and the amount of bacteriostatic water added. Dividing vial milligrams by diluent millilitres gives the concentration in mg/mL. Dividing your target dose by that concentration gives the volume to draw, and multiplying millilitres by 100 converts it to units on a U-100 insulin syringe.

How many units is 0.25 mg of peptide?

It depends on concentration. In a 10 mg vial reconstituted with 2 mL (5 mg/mL), 0.25 mg is 0.05 mL — 5 units on a U-100 syringe. The same 0.25 mg from a 5 mg/mL solution always draws 5 units, so the concentration, not the dose alone, determines the draw.

Does adding more bacteriostatic water change the dose?

No. Adding more water lowers the concentration and increases the volume you draw for the same dose. The amount of peptide delivered is unchanged; only the volume and the number on the syringe change.

Why are some peptides not on the dosage chart?

Compounds are only listed with a dose row when the reference material publishes one. Oral, topical and non-injectable entries, plus compounds without a published injection figure, are indexed separately and carry no units column rather than an invented number.
