What it is
KLOW is a fixed 80 mg community blend containing GHK-Cu, KPV, BPC-157, and TB-500. The ingredients have their own research histories, but the blend itself does not have a validated protocol.
Evidence boundary
Fixed-ratio community blend. The individual components have separate research histories, but the KLOW combination itself does not have a trial establishing an optimal dose.

Titration rules
- The collected KLOW convention changes frequency, not draw size: 10 U twice daily during week 1, then 10 U once daily.
- Do not add standalone GHK-Cu at full dose during the KLOW block; the blend already supplies 1.67 mg per 10 U draw.
Cycle length and breaks
Use a defined 8-week block, then stop for at least 4 weeks before reassessment.
What to monitor
- Injection-site irritation or burning
- Changes in pain, range of motion, swelling, skin response, and gut symptoms
- Whether any separate GHK-Cu product is being added on top of the blend
Practical rules
- Keep timing, route, concentration, and observation notes consistent if you are comparing notes.
- Do not add standalone GHK-Cu at full dose during the KLOW block.
- Recalculate totals before combining it with any other peptide.
